Challenge Course Training

At ERi, we envision training as the bridge between the challenge structure and the participant. Creating a strong bridge requires the right tools, and we recognize that facilitators have a range of responsibilities to program participants.  Our trainings are therefore carefully designed to equip program staff members with a comprehensive tool kit:

  • The knowledge and technical skills necessary to safely operate any challenge structure
  • The “soft skills” essential to making meaningful connections with participants
This integrated approach to bridge-building is the hallmark of ERi’s training philosophy.

Training with ERi
No matter what your situation, ERi has a training solution that is relevant, up-to-date, and adaptable to meet your needs.

Certifications
We are pleased to announce that ERi has been approved, through a peer-reviewed process, to deliver certification based on ACCT Practitioner Certification Standards. Published in June 2007, these new standards are designed to establish a consistent, uniform base of skills and knowledge for all challenge course professionals and address technical, program-delivery, and management needs. What does this mean for you?
