Climbing Walls
All ERi climbing walls can include removable climbing holds on their lower sections for easy access prevention AND easy set-up. No more fumbling with allen wrenches and stripped T-Nuts to install holds at the beginning of the day!
Concrete Block Walls
o These walls are made by attaching climbing holds to a concrete block wall in your existing building. The benefit of these walls is that, while not particularly versatile, they are extremely economical to build and their low profile means you don’t lose valuable floor space.
Plywood Walls
o These walls have a wooden stud framework and can feature inclines and overhangs. The wooden studs are covered with ¾” plywood, which is then covered with a 2-part epoxy coating for a long lasting, high-grip, finish. We can even paint your wall in custom colors or with your organization’s logo.
Geckotex Walls
o Geckotex walls are your best choice for versatility and aesthetics. These walls feature an ALL steel framework, making virtually any shape possible. The Geckotex system is coated with a proprietary concrete covering that bonds to the plywood. The concrete is then stamped with a mold from a real rock. The result is a very versatile climbing system that looks and feels like real rock.
Panel Systems
o Our panel systems are made up of 4’ by 4’ long lasting polyurethane panels that have been molded from actual rock. They can be used indoors or outdoors with a steel or wood frame, or can be incorporated onto a Tango Tower.
Auto Belay Systems
o Our hydraulic auto-belay system is a quick and safe belay method that can be fitted to any of your new or existing climbing walls or towers. These systems are popular for their ease of use and also reduce the number of staff necessary to run your wall.
Bouldering Walls
On Rock? Rock on! Bouldering Walls are walls that are typically climbed on or around in a horizontal fashion, instead of vertically. These walls are 10-12 feet high and are non-belayed. Bouldering walls can be used without traditional belay systems, so they are not staff intensive and require no safety equipment. ERi has a number of existing designs available, or can work with you to come up with something unique for your needs or available space. You have the same options for design and materials with your bouldering wall as you do with our climbing wall systems; existing concrete, plywood, steel frame Geckotex, and polyurethane panel systems.
